Foundations Upgrade rec -> Tec

Already completed your Foundations Recreational course? There’s no need to start again. Build on the skills you already have and take the next step towards technical diving.
Complete the remaining dives in your full technical configuration, adapt your buoyancy, trim and propulsion techniques to the new equipment, and learn how to safely use and manage a bottom-stage cylinder.
By the end of the upgrade, you’ll be more confident and capable in a technical setup—and qualify as an ISE Foundations Tec Diver.
